One of the more authentic food outlets on the coast :) fast and friendly service. Open 23 hours which is kind of false advertising. Be wary if you want to order at 2am in the morning. They would most likely say they are doing a system update and won't be serve until 3

After we were moved forward to wait. 15 cars were served before they came and asked what we were waiting for. This is not how you run a business. The cappuccino had no sugar and the long black didn't have the extra shot we paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. Not happy.

The inside was actually uncomfortably cold to sit in.We needed an extra spoon for our meal, my husband and daughter approached the counter to try to ask, but they weren't acknowledged at all, they were actually ignored by several staff members who saw them standing there but said nothing at all to them. Nothing happened untill they had been standing there several minutes and my husband spoke up loudly to get some acknowledgement that a staff member finally came to his aid.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL AND ORDER IF DINE HERE. One of my worst experience for a Christmas eve. When we arrived at the drive thru, the customer service told us they can’t accept online orders and due to system shut down they can only take cash and also refused to provide a receipt. After we ordered using cash and checked against the menu, she freaking charged us $70 for a $44.20 order. When questioned by us, the customer service girl were very impatient, and told us to leave if we don’t want to take the order. Even in the end she offered us a refund, the entire experience was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I was with my girlfriend today 12 of may around 6:30pm having a good time with my girlfriend and the worker look at us and said that we were disgusting plus they took 40 minutes to get my order. There’s too many kids hanging out on the kitchen instead work

DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 45 minutes just to get food from staff who were standing around doing nothing. kids happy meal had spicy nuggets instead of normal ones. coke was 3/4 full with no ice and half the chips were half full and cold. Absolutely disgusting

Coffees are cold, you go through drive thru and they get your order wrong, or they say they don't do the sundaes that night so you are stuck in the drive thru. They don't fill drinks up and the chips are usually cold and not full. Drive thru is super slow, however Staff are friendly.
