We popped in for lunch, it was busy but a few tables were free. The convenience of the digital menu and ordering is really handy. The food is always good and it's a great space for breaky or lunch.

I have lunched here before, once. both times the experience was marred slightly by the same impatient and officious waitperson. short, brown shoulder length hair. Both times others in the group also commented on the same female in a negative way. The cafe is in a great place, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the food although the coffees not very hot.

My yearly visit didn't disappoint. While it may be a smallish gallery, there's still a lot to look at cleverly displayed around. Some beautiful exhibits. Two of this trips art i absolutely loved!

Had a family birthday here today. The food, coffee, service and environment was first class. Everyone raved about how good it was. Great for kids too can go and play outside whilst adults mingle or check out the art gallery. Look forward to returning. Decent food portions for the price.

Dropped by for lunch, it was relatively busy. The cafe is a close walk from Gymea station and is situated inside the Hazelhurst gallery. The interior decoration was lovely and there is also outdoor seating with view of the gardens. We ordered the carbonara and the fish and chips. While the food was delicious, we found that the serving sizes were quite small for the price - may not be enough to fill a hungry stomach!

Such a lovely venue for a relaxed lunch catch up with the girls. We enjoyed being part of the gallery opening for a local aboriginal artist which included a smoking ceremony and dance in the beautiful garden area.Lunch menu was a little limited and quite fancy. I had a pumpkin tart which was full of flavour but I may have ordered something different if I knew it had olives - menu didn’t mention that. A shame they don’t have all an day breakfast, or something a little less fancy like toasted wraps or focaccias.Would go there again for the overall experience and be happy to recommend.

Many of our group wanted the lemon yoghurt muffins but you only had 2 left at 10.30 a.m. We always enjoyed the freshly made scones and home made strawberry jam. Service was very friendly and Irish though it did take a awhile for the coffees to be served. Atmosphere is always good. We will be back.

Staff were great, especially the lady that seated me, she was extremely attentive and good at her job. I had scones which were slightly dry but still ok. I would have rated atmosphere higher only it was BITTERLY cold, not enough heating for winter

The food was amazing, really delicious. We were there on a busy Sunday lunch service and the waits were totally ridiculous. When it took 50 minutes for our main meals to arrive we thought it was maybe because it was busy and the wait staff were so young and possibly inexperienced, but the desserts (which are pretty much already prepared) took another 50 minutes and when they arrived, one had the taint of onion which must have been on the knife which cut the banana. Would go again but think you should be aware of the issues.
