DO NOT USE THEM. Most unhelpful/unresponsive customer service team I have ever come across. it's likely the other 3 reviews on this thread are employed by them, from my experience I can't imagine anyone saying anything positive about Cora.

The benefit of having both a Relationship manager and Account manager is beneficial and allows easy contact.
