This family run outlet is great !Staff are always friendly and helpful. The manager and baristas make great coffee. Myself and my colleagues get our daily coffees from soul and have almost a dozen closer options.As someone who is in the employment consultancy industry, I have witnessed a great dynamic between staff and management.Recommend this place for coffee and salads/pasta to all

Walked down 5 mornings to Midland soul origin. 5 times no salmon Benedict breakfast burger only ham. I can't eat pork products because of religion beliefs.So I asked a lady on the 5th morning could you please make me a salmon Benedict breakfast burger. She no can not make.That's Pathetic. The restaurant in Mackay Queensland I rang we made anything the customer wanted for customer service.Won't be back waste of time. Guessing they don't want to earn money.

Most lovely staff! The owners always go out of the way for all customers. when a mistake was made, they made sure it was fixed! Couldn't recommend more. Also the food is immaculate. My partner and I love the food and the people here ♥️☺️

Amazing food and coffee Staff was really appreciated always smile remember always order before order my order is ready as well I am siting on opposite the store and I am observing the owner is so nice to all customers offer the drinks & coffee and my coffee is always nice when she make my coffee my day make really nice ❤️

Zero customer service at the salad bar. Short, sharp answer, no eye contact. Seriously didn't want to be there.Lady on coffee bar very different, smiled, and very pleasant. Coffee was good. No way would I ever buy food there though.

Just ordered a baguette and a cold pressed juice for lunch (delivered by Uber). The juice was lovey but the baguette was very, very stale. Had to throw most of it away so it was a waste of money unfortunately.

I want to say been wonderful and amazing service, I don’t normally go to Soul Origin cause it’s too far from my shop, however the coffees have always been delightful.Massive thank you to the lady who allowed my manager to pay for my lunch and me come in later to pick up my food - it was an exhausting day for me.Also loved the fact it wasn’t too late for my 2nd coffee cause otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to survive without it all!

Super friendly service,Roast veggie salad is just 90% potatoes though that are hiding underneath the yummy veggies on top. That was the only thing a little disappointing.

I was charged $11.50 for a half a pannini and apparently a full pannini costs exactly the same price! It tastes good but the price makes no sense! Daylight robbery! So unprofessional. Will definitely not be coming back here again
