Don’t take car from them very bad service

They are not a prestige car mechanic, they do not know anything about how to reset the a prestige cars computer and also do not take responsibility for their actions. I went in to get the tyres & brake pads changed and they also machined the rotors on their recommendation. I left with a broken sensor for the brake pads and still a inspection light on the dash. I had to take the car elsewhere to finally get fixed properly, this resulted in me down a further $230, with a note that the brake rotors has been machined terribly. Joy! I took the receipt back to them to get a refund of this value and all that they did was deny deny deny even with substantial proof that it happened after they touched the vehicle. DO NOT USE

Stay away from these mechanic.Got my vehicle in on 18th March for shocker bushes replacement,tie rod end replacement,coolant flush 11 litres capacity and thermostat replacement.All parts were provided..mechanic came back saying he didn't see the second bottle of premix coolant and added water instead and gave explanation that their normal practice is to add 1 cup of concentrated coolant and add water to fill it up hence not very satisfied since it was not concentrated but a premix i bought another bottle at my expense and they reflush and refill.After 2 days went in for road worthy and mechanic came back with photos of oil leaking out from shocks and it definitely appears that while changing/pressing shockers they hit the bottom of shock and damaged the whole shocker.$100 labour for 1 side of shock bush$40 each for shock bushes partsAnd now i have to replace whole shock because of damage which will cost another$176 for parts and about $100 for labour.They wants to cover the labour on second replacement but not the cost of part replacement.Not happy at all and cannot recommend to anyone.
