I preferred it when it was just the one lady in the small kiosk, their location now is beautiful, but my first experience in the flash new location wasn't the best.Full face waxing is painful I know but yesterday's one just felt like twice as painful, the waxing was painful then the lady rubbing my face with such force to remove the little bits of wax, like seriously I would of been happy to wipe it off. The service just felt rushed like they're just trying to get through as many customers as possible, and it wasn't even busy at the time, there was no one waiting.

Today I got my Brows and Lashes done from Aesthetics Brow & lash Salon. This is the first time that I got proper shape and colour to my Eyebrows. I personally recommend this place to get everything done with professional service and hygiene standards.

Roxy store is so bad! I booked an online appointment and when i got there the lady told me that the online booking web doesn’t work but i had a booking confirmation from them via email and when i told her about it she just apologized to me.

Sister & I used to enjoy it here but we rarely visit anymore due to a rude employee named Jaspreet. Speaking in another language is rude, also taking personal calls in between helping customers in the past is not a good look on the company! Very, very rude lady!
