I highly recommend Simply Storage at Wyong. The facility is new, well laid out and there are good security measures in place. Scott, the manager, offers excellent customer service - it has been a seamless process from my first enquiry to loading my goods into the storage unit.

The facilities are nice. I'm quite disappointed though that my partner was charged over $1,000 for 3 months I'd pre paid storage. We decides to move out early...Didn't expect the fees back but I was dissappointed to see the bill for hiring their truck was a further $400 oddThe truck was very nice though and a good size. I hope they appreciate that I fixed the reversing camera so that you can actually see now

Scott & the team at Simply Storage are a professional outfit. Always happy to get involved and nothing is ever a problem. I keep my stock for one of our businesses here and the team here is nothing but helpful. When deliveries arrive, Scott is ready on hand. I cant thank them enough for their support.

Dealing with Scott at Simply Stirage Wyong over the past 6 months has been an absolute pleasure. The service goes way beyond what is expected and Scott has been exceptionally helpful through both the moving in and moving out process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution be it short term to long term.

My husband and I met the Manager who's name is Scott from Simply Storage Wyong at the 4WD, Caravan and Camping Expo at Mingara. He was helpful from the beginning and the prices for the storage unit are affordable and competitive. We love the fact that we have access to our unit day or night and it is a secure facility. I would thoroughly recommend this facility.

Not a bad business but I felt they could have been more understanding when my increase notification went to my spam folder. All other invoices were received with no issues. Disappointing end to 2 years of service.

Just got a storage unit here and highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Scott was so friendly and helpful. Has given me peace of mind that my furniture will be secure in long term storage. The units are clean, well lit (which is great when accessing at night) and a great price. Thanks heaps to Scott.
