Woah, seriously dodgy!! I wanted to get my screen repaired. $270 seemed a little expensive, but I figured I’d just get it done anyway. When I picked it up, there was a notification from apple saying that an aftermarket part had been used. I asked him how I could remove the notification and was told it can’t be removed. I told him I didn’t want a phone with a dodgy notification on there. He said “well what do you want me to to then? Put your old one back on?” I said thank you. That would be great. He then huffed and puffed and mumbled something in another language and put my old screen back in. Later, I found out that all my text messages have been deleted from my phone. Anyway, the blokes attitude was super bad. The whole thing had a seriously dodgy vibe from start to finish. I would avoid this place and not recommend to anyone.

Visited the store last Friday, my iphone 11 was dropped on the floor , and the screen was totally smashed. The guy in the kiosk checked the phone for me, half an hour later he told me the phone just need to change an new screen. When I came back I found my phone worked again, it looks like a new one. Thanks god, all my photos and messages were still there. Great service and great prices, strongly recommended this place. Cheers:)
