Food was superb and made better by the friendly staff. The best customer service I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend (do yourself a favour and get the steak). I will be back next time I’m in Albury

Magnificent meal we had tonight! The steak was cooked to perfection and the veg was delicious! The waitress on tonight was so friendly and hard working!It was a very relaxing environment and definitely worth every cent! Will be back soon:)

Horrible experience, food it is overpriced and pretentious, we had to wait for ages for the food, it came cold, and nothing impressive at all. They overcharged by far, do not waste your money or time, it is absolutely not worth to dine in.

The worst experience for a two course dinner. Had the blue cheese profiteroles. They were stale and not pleasurable to eat. Was looking forward to the braised venison. It was simply not eatable. The venison was extremely dry and overcooked and the gremolata was an undefined paste. Even the mashed patatos could not lift this dish up. A bad experience and definitely not worth the money.

Fanflippingtastic!We have been super keen to get there for a few weeks now and we were NOT disappointed. The venue is comfy and cosy. Staff are pleasantly attentive, and NOT bothersome as can often be the case in some venues. Meals were of very generous portions. The wine, Barbera, was delightful. We both had the Blue Cheese Profiteroles and loved the flavour as well as texture and the fried parmesan was scrummy. I had the Maple Glazed Beef Brisket which was enormous and so flavoursome. My husband had the Scotch Fillet that was cooked perfectly. We also had the Green Bean with Maple and Bacon as a side, while absolutely delicious we certainly didn't need a side. A great city feel and quality meal in a fantastic district and all at most reasonable country prices.Definitely a 10/10 dinner, and only a Tuesday night!

If you want a good pasta at Albury please visit district dining !! It will give you a “wow factor”Steak was cooked well but it wasn’t a rib eye steak My daughter loved the ice creamPasta 9/10Steak 7/10Iced cream 8/10

Service was prompt, friendly and efficient without being intrusive. Our steaks were fabulous - cooked to perfection. The chef obliged with a special request for hollandaise sauce. We had the best cocktail we have EVER had! 'Nuts and Berries' was a sublime concoction of strawberry & blueberry with a subtle hint of hazelnut. DIVINE!

Dined here on a Saturday night even tho the reviews on Trip Advisor were a pretty mixed bag. That said, the bottom line for this review is an unreserved thumbs up!Covid restrictions mean that the total number of patrons for the restaurant is 22 so under current circumstances, probably best to book.The two young ladies on duty were both pleasant and attentive.The menu is somewhat limited with only five entres, five mains with an additional three mains options from the grill and three deserts but nevertheless we found something that tempted our tastebuds on the fixed price menu for either two or three courses. Not cheap but our food was good and I felt, worth the money. Only criticism was that the steak of the week" was unavailable as was one of the three deserts. Not what you'd expect for what is arguably the busiest night of the week!Less the fluffy descriptions my partner had the pork belly and the grilled cod and I had the lamb ribs followed by the eye fillet and we shared a creme broulee. The serves are not gargantuan by any means but the food was good: pork belly was very tasty and nicely cooked; lamb ribs were very tasty and perfectly cooked but sitting in quite a bit of fat (they could have been left on the grill a tad longer to render some more of the fat and to crisp them up a bit more); cod was delicious as was perfectly cooked to order medium rare beef. The broulee was excellent.Interestingly one of the reviews l read said that the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere

The steak ordered was a rib eye (off the bone) and was very tough. The pan seared sea bass was very disappointing too. The sour dough baguette was just a regular oversized bread roll…. Just a disappointing overpriced experience. The saving grace was the attentive but overworked staff members that were delightful. Wouldn’t bother again.
