I ordered the contour cube ice facial tool to use after my non-surgical semi-invasive undereye bag lift. I ordered it 6 weeks before I scheduled my procedure. I got distracted with my life and didn't remember I ordered the tool until the day before my procedure. I then realizes I never received the product in the mail. I searched my email accounts and located the tracking number. The tracker indicated the package was not delivered due to insufficient address. I reviewed the screen shot of the order form I submitted and found an email address. I emailed the company and asked where did they send my package. The support team confirmed my address with the apartment number...I called the USPS, I drove over to the local post office, the confirmed it was an insufficient address and they returned the package to sender. I ordered this product October 2022. It is now December 2022. I located the YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY" email and YESSSS
