An overnight stay here. Great location, small room but comfy.Manager super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely enjoyed my time here. The reception was delightful and the place had character and history. Yes it seems like an old building but it's been cared for. The rooms are a little small, but functional and warm. The shower was nice and the housekeeping kept the room tidy and clean for us. I was very happy with my stay here.

First option I would have when returning to Blue Mountain.Nice room, bed is comfy.The only slightly minor issue is that the wall between the rooms are not that thick, so you could hear if neighbours talking loudly and also there was no lock in the bathroom

Lovely and clean and spacious. We were a large group but it felt really welcoming and decore is more antiquated but has a lovely homey feel. Not rowdy, very peaceful and relaxing.Would definitely come back ! Good value too. Short drive to most places and RSL is next door so fairly convenient too.

Great place to stay and explore the town. Antique charm that is maintained and clean.Staff was beyond helpful checking in allowing us to place our things in our room early. Continuous customer service that made our stay very smooth and pleasant.A bus stop is right across the street to take to Echo Point Lookout and Scenic World.Rooms are cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, cubby space for hanging + iron and small board.Bathroom is simple with a large standing shower and natural lighting.Lounging is set up to be outside of your room. The hotel has multiple common areas and a separate large dining area.The staff was kind and lit a fire when it was just my husband and I. Breakfast bar in the morning is a nice addition.Overall you feel welcomed and can relax/rest easily.

We are a discerning family of travellers with a mix of eccentric world travel experience and flight attendant careers. We absolutely loved this hotel! We had room number 2, it was immaculate, so clean and tidy it really stood out.We loved the attention to detail such as the proper toiletries provided and the high quality of the bath towels and bed sheets. The beds were very comfy also!The feel, classical details, lobby furniture and classic decor of this hotel really makes you experience the historical value of grandeur this part of Australia still treasures.The breakfast was included in our rate and it was absolutely fantastic, lots of variety, fruits, yoghurt, many cereals and proper hot breakfast items.A young man, part of the housekeeping team, was very attentive and very polite and offered my mother of reduced mobility assistance with her walker.Lots of foreign tourists from Germany stayed here too which added to the worldly feel to this fantastic hotel.The parking lot is very convenient and the location of this hotel is second to none with all the main Blue Mountains attractions just moments away, not to mention the RSL Club next door that has cheap and generous dinner available.Would stay here again without a second thought.

Great little hotel with character. Not the newest or shiniest but really clean and cozy. 4 person room was spacious and bathroom was freshly renovated. Great location just sufficiently beyond the main street. Within walking distance from just about anything in Katoomba. Very good value and quiet during the week. There was also a great cafe next door!

Wonderful period hotel with modern amenities. Great large room with all the essential ingredients ( including an international plug adapter.) Everywhere spotless andovingly looked after. Good continental breakfast. Staff really helpful. Short walk to town and 20 minutes to Katoomba falls. Perfect stay.

Perfect! We stayed on Merriwa Cottage. It's was awesome. The cottage was warm on arrival after a big day out exploring. So conveniently located and a beautiful property. We will definitely stay again. Thank you
