Catherine Bruce and her team have shown great kindness and service to my family. We live in Wollongong and heard of their compassion for young children when doing an assessment. My grandson has cerebral palsy and ASD and required assessment and ongoing care. The service considered our travel distance and accommodated our times. Thank you for being advocates for vulnerable children.

Dr Lei was over an hour late to his appointments! Didnt even bother to let his patients know. I left work early for this appointment - terrible service and no regard for people

The staff here are really helpful and very understanding of my situation and gave me the right information for me to continue my healing journey. I have been going to Westside hearing Clinic for 7 years now since I received my cochlear implant. I have nothing but praise for the Audiologists & the office staff, and they provided me with a face mask when I forgot to bring one with me on the last visit.

These old ladies on the reception are the most rude arrogant people i’ve ever met in my entire life, carol, Sue, and catherineVery unprofessional people to deal with and you got Sue coming from the back just to hand me a mask that no one is wearing nor the staff or the patients. They bring toxic lives to the clinic which is not fair for us patients travelling for more then 50 mns just to get a check upYou have to look for parking for over 30 minutes, mind you the hassle of driving around and then you get these unprofessional ladies turning you off your lifeIf i ever come back to this clinic it would be for Dr Kim she is so nice and caring and professionalBut dr catherine is rude and unprofessional I don’t how she is the directorWhat a director

The entire team at Westside Clinic were wonderful in caring for my 92 year old father. Everyone was so patient and treated him with dignity, respect and good humour. He is delighted with his new hearing aids and his hearing has certainly improved with them. Thank you!

Been here a few times for my child's checkups. People are very polite and the service is the best they make sure your child is comfortable and happy in the process.

Very rude front desk staff who are unhelpful. Especially Carole. The only reason why I have been bringing my father here for years is due to Dr Kim. Great audiologist. Decided to not come back after the last incident. No empathy. Just wish the front desk staff would talk to you nicely while explaining a process. Not condescendingly. Very disappointed.

This clinic goes over and beyond when dealing with my dad and his hearing aids. Jacqui is so helpful and kind and patient with dad.Catherine and her staff are a credit to her and her establishment. Nothing is too hard and the staff are always so willing and able to look after us with any question or issue that we have.my dad had an issue sometime back with his hearing and thought it was his hearing aid. He was fit it in for testing straight away and they found that is his ear, and this needed to be addressed immediately, so the staff managed to get an appointment with his doctor straight away and he was treated for his ear problem and we were almost immediately! Which was a blessing!Thank you to Catherime and Jacqui and staff of Westside Hearing! Just an amazing team.Wendy
