It appears that this business is under new mismanagement. Their website said they were open on the 26th December and they were closed. It said they opened at 8.00 am on the 27th but did not open until after 9.00. I went to collect a fairly small lotto prize for a second day due to their misleading online site. I was originally told by the stressed overworked sole employee that there was not enough money in the till to pay me. I asked if it could be paid straight to my bank account and I was told no. After insisting that I was not going to come back a third time I was paid. if the business doesn't lift its game it will not last long despite the location. I returned to the store today 2nd January and spoke to the least customer friendly person I have ever encountered. I mentioned that the other employee was not sufficiently trained to do his job and that if the store was going to have a site online it needed to be current. Her responses were he is new and still learning" and it is "too much hassle to keep the site current". I asked her to convey my concerns to the manager and she told me to do that myself "ring our store number and you might get them on the phone". I really hope the owner reads this. With so many people getting lotto tickets online the business needs every customer they can get. Oh and the employee told me to go to another agency if I don't like this one. That will certainly be the case. The employee said she had worked there for three years

Every time I’ve been in there, they are rude, barely speak to you, never smile, and this morning I had my change thrown in my hand. The only thing this place has going for it is location, so they don’t think they have to be polite.
