Had an air con installed today, it was originally booked for a bit earlier but an emergency job came up, no big deal. They were flexible on a new time, being considerate of my children being put down for a nap. When they arrived I was doing some gardening and trying to use a little hand saw and struggling a bit so one of the guys offered to let me use a power tool to make it easier. I didn't ask or anything, he just saw me struggling and wanted to help. I really appreciate this business for going above and beyond. Repeat user of this company and will continue to use them for any future needs.

From the moment Jack answered the phone I knew he was the man for the job, he tried trouble shooting over the phone to no avail. When Jack arrived not more than an hour and a half later he found the problem within 10 mins and fixed within 20! Highly recommended and will definitely keep this business on my list for future use.

Be careful you get charged what you have been quoted. I was charged for an additional apprentice who came with the tradesman. I never ordered an apprentice and i shouldn't be charged an extra $60 over the $120 per hour I was quoted because of the apprentice. The business should pay the apprentice ..not pass it to the gullible customer.That being said the extra charge was removed when I complained.The work was good. My fan was fixed. All good now.
