Eleni is absolutely amazing from start to finish she made my wedding flowers so easy she kept me updated every step of the way and totally nailed the arrangements and colours , her service was above and beyond what I was expecting and I got so so many compliments about my flowers on my wedding night so much that a worker took home my table runner for her dining room table ! You would be silly not to use Greensborough Flowers they go above and beyond and my flowers were so much more than I expected ! Thank you again Eleni x

Appalling customer service. Ugly attitude for someone working at a flower shop.Edit: Exactly as I say. The appalling customer service was what made the experience ugly. Simply enquired about your flowers, and you snap at me for what? If you haven't got a particular flower, you should work with what you've got and recommend something else, direct the customer to a product they might like instead. The rude demeanour was so uncalled for and beyond disrespectful. I stood there in disbelief thinking what I had done to deserve such a nasty attitude from you.The fake 5-star reviews are just a joke, honestly. After I posted my review magically, there were 2 new 5 star reviews despite your last review before mine was a month ago, and then others further spaced out at least a month apart from each other.Another 1 star review calling out the fake reviews is hilarious. I've seen your replies to other reviews as well. It's shocking how you don't address the issue and shift the blame on your customers instead of taking accountability.

Choose your flowers carefully. I picked what I thought were pretty flowers but did not have my glasses on. When I got home and looked closer they were pretty but very tired flowers. :(

Absolutely Brilliant!! Beautiful flowers, wonderful shop and exceptional staff. I’m a regular here and every time I visit the flowers and staff are of a top quality standard. Highly recommended!!

Updated my review: feel very satisfied that my new yellow roses lasted a week after getting a replacement bunch and receiving the proper care instructions. The lady was more than kind about it - thank you!

Ordered two dozen red roses. Was told on the phone that it would be $90. When I went to pick them up, I was told that it was $45 per bundle of 10, and then an extra $10 per rose after that for “breaking a bundle”. Absolutely ridiculous. If we had been told on the phone that it would cost $40 for 4 roses or $45 for 10, then I obviously would have gotten 30. Never again.

My 16 year old daughter bought me pink roses yesterday morning from you at about 11am. They cost her $45 and have already drooped today even after cutting them. They didn’t even come with a bag of flower preserver. Im so disappointed for her and at her age that’s a lot of money to save up.
