Sam the Pharmacist is great. He sent me off to the poly clinic with his diagnosis which was confirmed at the clinic. Returning to the pharmacy for a vaccine Sam recommended other products to help with pain and discomfort and to boost my immune system. Honest recommendations along with suggesting I go to poly clinic today has meant I can look forward to a quick recovery. Thanks Sam for all your help.

My son developed a skin condition over a year or so and we were having great difficulty in dealing with it, despite referrals to a skin specialist. The owner/pharmacist took time and care to look into the problem and prescribed a cream that he formulated on site. Two months on and my son's skin is almost clear. I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by all of the friendly staff there, great place.

Went into the pharmacy this morning and Grace went above and beyond and came in on her day off and attended to my rapid test for a o/seas trip tomorrow. I have moved back to the area recently and chose simply pharmacy as my go to. On my visits to the pharmacy I have found Grace to provide outstanding efficient friendly service. She is a definite asset to have as part of your team, her knowledge is exceptional and I always notice other staff go to her for assistance whilst I am in the pharmacy.

I am so disgusted at this chemist, they will NOT HELP or try to solve a situation that was easily a fixable issue, if u call the Chemist and they deliver they will do a card payment over the phone, I lost my card 7 days till a new one comes out, I asked the pharmacist (Paul) as well as another girl, could you plz do a phone eftpos transaction from my daughters account , NO they would not , I had the money in my account to pay but could not access it, then asked if I could have an account done -NO we can not do that if u don’t have one!! not one person stood up n said I’m sure we can assist you so I could get my regular medication, but NO, been going there for over 12 months, to think such an easy fix, they were not prepared to budge, so they will NOT n DID NOT help me today to get my medication, so this review is here to show people that simply pharmacy at Toronto is just down right I un empathetic and really pick n choose who they “WANT” to look after. But not for people that have to pay 380.00 for medication that I have got from there for over 6 month and been a regular customer for a long time really disappointed n disgusted

Tried to demand I sign their petition because they don't like being able to charge people to come in every month for medication. When I said that I wasn't signing, the pharmacist got argumentative and unpleasant. I simply wanted to buy an antihistamine, not get involved in his attempts to gouge the PBS

So glad I made the switch! They treat you with kindness and care, you’re not just another number to them. Efficient service from the team there, and who know their stuff.Thanks again Sam and the team.

The ladies here are all so lovely but I specially want to point out Janice I think it is? She’s an older lady and she’s honestly such a delight every time I go there. Wonderful service, thank you!!

Could have literally lost my sight if it wasn't for the quick thinking and fast acting pharmacist at this pharmacy. I am very thankful and grateful I went there and was given the right advise and care to save my eyes from being ulcerated to the point of vision loss. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this be your local go to!!
