The team were incredibly helpful booking my car in for a 10000km service.Very straight forward service this time as it was just a standard service. It was an old vehicle I was hoping to keep going as long as possible.It would have been easy for Cam to do a big repair charge me thousands and send me on my way for the time being. However, he was incredibly upfront, communicated with me continually throughout the day as new issues arose throughout their investigation. He advised me on the best way to proceed, which was really not in the interest of making money.He completed the necessary repairs to and ensured it was safe for me to drive, however advised me to source a vehicle as soon as possible as it would not last months without requiring extensive and costly repairs which may not have lasted long due to the age of the vehicle. He also offered to help with any inspections if I chose to buy a second hand car.I really cannot speak highly enough of Cam. He holds himself to a high standard and clearly works in line with a great sense of integrity. He was kind, honest, professional and incredibly patient.It’s not often there are people or businesses that go above and beyond in the interests of their customers, though I can say in all honesty Cam and the team certainly do.I will continue to use their services.

Have taken my car to them twice and there head mechanic is great with diesel cars and way cheaper than the dealer ship where I bought car

They were amazing!!! When I called they were fully booked out for the week ahead. I needed my brakes fixed whilst my wife and kids were overseas. So somehow went above and beyond. To make sure they could squeeze me in during that week!And I have used them many times in the past, and I keep going back. There work is very reliable, at a high level quality. Took my Kia in for a service which was well overdue. Cam did a great job in communicating to me what needed to be done and the options that were required. All pricing was transparent and what I was expecting to pay.The car was serviced in half a day and the customer service and car service were both excellent.This is definitely my go-to mechanic

We’re so glad we’ve found a mechanic that is reliable, honest and friendly too. We’ve really appreciated how efficient our scheduled servicing has been, particularly when I have waited with my young children while it is being done. Cam goes above and beyond to look after your car. We’ve had some extra work needed and these guys do their best to look after you price wise but also keeping you informed during the process. Never any surprises which is great! Very highly recommend.

Went to the greensborough one for years and got ripped off! Diamond valley is the real mechanic in the area! Flat tyres not repaired when that was the only job to a a/c issue that required $2500 at greensborough was a simple fix for $400 at diamond valley ultra tune! Will take all our cares here from now on.
