The service from Glasshouse Home Safety was excellent. Scott and Kathleen were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and this ensured that the whole process of having our new fire alarms installed was very straightforward.

Glasshouse Home Safety was recommended to us by our realtor to ensure our townhouse was compliant for smoke detectors due to the sale of our property. When I contacted them, not really knowing what the process was, I found the staff to be very friendly, responsive, patiently stepped me through the process and answered all of my questions. They were able to accommodate my requests within a couple of working days and give me a 3 hour window that the electrician would undertake the inspection. They also indicated they would call 20 minutes before arriving. The charge for the inspection was very reasonable. The Compliance Certificate was issued to me via email within 30 minutes of the inspection. I really could not fault the service and would have no hesitation in using this service again for other properties we have. Great to see this level of service is still out there. Well done Glasshouse!!!

Glasshouse Home Safety was really helpful when I had an issue with one of our smoke detectors going off without any reason . As it was after hours, I can't get hold of our property manager and tried ringing different companies I can find online for Support and left a message but only this company was getting back to me ASAP and helped me fixed the issue. I am very thankful to Scott who was very patient with me on the phone and sent me a video of how to troubleshoot the device in case it happens again. This company is highly recommended for their quick response and for going above and beyond to assist people like me who have zero knowledge of these devices. Thank you Scott for your help, you made me calm after my panic triggered from all the noise nonstop.
