Amazing customer service from Alexandra when buying a couch yesterday. She was patient and kind and answered all our questions. She was able to check stock levels for the different couches we were interested in. Thanks to her help we bought a cute little couch!

Went there to buy a mattress I had seen online. The staff members showed me it and also said they have a better one on sale at only a few dollars more, so I bought that one. I could pay with the staff member holding a tablet while standing beside the mattress. A very easy and quick system of viewing the product and paying.They even helped me carry the mattress to the car.Great service all round.

So Disappointing. Rude Manager. Never dealt with that kind of manager before.I order bunk bed on 19/2/23. I have been told that bed will be in delivered within a 2 weeks as it coming from Sydney. When I didn't hear for one month I rang them on 18/3/23 and they said Manager will contact me on Monday but No one contacted me on Monday and today they are saying it won't be available till end of the April. That means total waiting period is nearly two and half month. I asked,why I have been told for delivery within two weeks and why nobody bothered to inform me about the delay, in reply Manager was so rude . Because she was so rude I asked for return my money.She said I have to come back to the store for refund and said they can't return my money through bank account.What a waste of time and money. I will pass this massage to head office.

Limited choice of products,great service ,Ring the store before purchasing onlineI was first told I would have to wait until may for my item ,I did receive a call that they could have my item in the warehouse on Friday .Notified me that I would get a call Monday to tell me yes or no if my item is available.I had to make the call to find out what was happening.Now I’m playing the waiting game to recite a SMS on my phone to tell me they have it

Bought from this store and recommended family too. Ideal for those looking for budget friendly options for furnishing new house. Got 2 BR & dining suite under 5K. Quality is also good and haven't had any problems yet (purchased 3yrs ago)

Gary is a rockstar! I bought furniture with his advice and he never disappoints. I went there for the first time and told him why I am there and what I am looking for exactly. Without wasting time he showed me 10 different options and I bought 5 of them and things were sorted out in just half an hour. Best person to deal with at Amart Osborne Park! Sold us a bed that lasted 4 months and then broke. Used their warranty/returns outlet and it took them 2 weeks to get to the return stage. At which point they won't honor it as we had thrown part of the bed (the part filling out apartment with wood chips) out. I wish I could give 0 stars
