The only person in Werribee area who I would trust with my valuable watches. This man is highly experienced and knows how to handle your precious items with care. I have taken several expensive Swiss Watches to be serviced and they have always come back in perfect condition. He does not leave any scratches or damage like pretty much every other watchmaker vendor in Werribee shopping centre does! Trust me, I learned the hard way through firsthand experience!

Bought a vintage Omega Seamaster Cosmic from Stanley. He is a genuine bloke, very accommodating and offers his help on any enquiry. Will definitely look to him for another watch this Christmas.

I Definitely have to disagree with all comments giving this store 5 stars.Stan is rude and blunt I showed my earrings that needed to be repaired he bluntly told me he wasn’t going to repair them an pretty much threw them back at me.I’ll never give this man 5 star rating doesn’t deserve it.A good repairer also at werribee pacific is Shoe express near target Chris the owner also repairs jewellery and dose a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be taking my business to Chris for future needs never to Stan at Makers Galleria.the picture is the earrings that Chris repaired.

Always pleasant to deal with Stan, he knows watches and jewelry, honest service, and good to know a guy like him in the trade. Highly recommended.

He repaired my engagement ring and made the prongs on my diamond longer to hold it better, wonderful work and very friendly! 10 outta 10!my ring is currently with him for another repair ( I am very clumsy) cant wait for the lockdown to end so I can pick it up!

FINALLY FOUND MY FATHER CHRISTMAS.Fixed my jewelry on the spot. Cleaned too. Nice to meet such a courteous genuine man, few and far between these days. Thankyou.

The best customer service I have received in so long I was truly shocked! Went in today to have my wedding band cut off (after much anxiety) Stan quickly and calmly did it for me on the spot and was able to advise me when to come back to get them resized. So thankful to have met a genuinely fantastic craftsman today.

Ols man is really rude. Asked me for $15 for a small pin to attach the link. When I asked him $15 ?He goes go someplace else"I told him not to be rude as I only asked him the price and didn't say anything to him. He got upset and said "you must be indian" I told him to go get F^&#^#d.I got the same thing done from mister minit for $7"

A place owned and operated by an ACTUAL JEWELLER! Unlike the other salesmen-calling-themselves-jewellers of today, Stan is an accomplished craftsman with a background in Gemology and a real appreciation for the art of jewellery making and not just the art of the sale. Highly recommend!!!

I have to disagree with all the comments on here I thought the same after purchasing a couple of pieces until I trusted him. With a presious pieces given to me by my parents and wife. A vintage fob watch. Which I always wanted to be handed down to my son.. entrusted him to get the glass repaired. You seem knowledgeable and would be respectful of the Peace I waited for his reply when the proper class will be replaced after not hearing from him I stopped in after four weeks without my receipt. He was unable to find it.After we returned from covid lock down. He looked for my fiobe watch as I didn't have my receipt he could not find it .he became quite rude and dismissive until I returned with my receipt asking for my fob watch to be returned he made excuses that was in his home safe I returned two days later then telling me that it could be in the repair shop in Melbourne I returned 2 day later to him suggesting that I may have made a mistake and taken it into another jeweller likely had a receipt then became very dismissive claiming that I was lying and ice I had the peace and he forgot to take the receipt returned after several days to see if he'd found the watch again making accusations and becoming quite aggressive Iand very dismissive no empathy to my situation and the sentimental value that piece mate meant to me I've made several attempts to have my watch return to me he's done nothing but being rude and accusing me of lying and stealing this was a case why would I return so many times in the effort to get what was mine I made the mistake of trusting this person thought he was professional. I wouldn't trust any my jewellery with him that was of some sort of quality.and I now question how many times he's done this in gotten away with it I will be taking further action and hope the my son will have his fob watch to reminder remind him of his father.
