Very poor form Jasco, very poor. Lesson 1, Don't invite people to interviews and lie to them saying nobody is currently in the role when there is someone in the role. Lesson 2, Don't string the recruitment agency along, you should of been honest with them (I know it's generally around the other way but in this case it wasn't).You missed out on a good worker as well. It's a shame.

They offered me a job and then retracted it 1 day before my joining date realising they have someone internally in the team who can take up the role. I am new to Australia and they have ruined my perspective of how this country works. Very unprofessional.
