The Mobility Store

I have been to this store twice in the past month. Both times there were several staff members present, and none of them asked if I needed assistance or even said hello. They were completely ambivalent to any customer presence.The first time I bought two items bécasse it was a bit of an emergency. The second time I bought nothing. They didn’t even say goodbye when I left, or ask I found what I wanted.Really unimpressed, won’t go back.

Really disappointing. Ordered and payed for a wheelchair, then when I rang up to confirm a pick up time they informed me that they didn’t even have that wheelchair in stock. Don’t let people pay for it and organise to pick it up if you can’t give it to them.

A very good selection of mobility products for sale and hire. Friendly and helpful service. Item during covid lockdown.

This place is one stop shop for everything when you need it the most... If you have leg injury, twisted or fracture ankle... You will get the knee walker even on rental here... Staff is very customer friendly and good connectivity being close to Blackburn train station.

I went to this store recently but I was very disappointed by the attitude of the Manager. I will not be going back to this store again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and will not recommend this store to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service. So kind, helpful and understanding, even for myself just looking at options for some time down the track, staff were encouraging to try out various items to find what suited my situation the best, and provided additional information material to take home to research more and think over what was best!Special thank you to Winny for her service. I saw other staff members who were very engaged with and attending all customers within the store, but Winny approached me within 10 steps of the door to help me with whatever I needed. Gave great advice, lovely service and overall made this my go to place to ensure my partners mobilities aids will be high quality and well serviced by their team.Reading through other reviews I see every now and then mention of 'poor service', but I cannot imagine that here. Staff were fantastic, attentive and inclusive!

Great stock of wheelchairs for hire with excellent service during an earlier phone enquiry and now in store.The team member took the time to show the features with the whole process including completing the application form taking ~10 minutes.

Daisy was extremely helpful when I came to buy my first Walker. She explained everything really well, didn’t rush me at all & was very patient with me. The fact that you were open on a Saturday when the traffic was not so busy was a big plus. Thank you Daisy.
