We had 3 windows to replace. It took them 4 visits to do so as each time they forgot the equipment and were “booked up” so couldn’t come back . They left a mess after doing the last window ( see photo) and after repeatedly telling them our address (and including it in the booking form) wrote down the wrong address. Use someone else if you need windows replaced

Should of posted this review almost half a year ago. On the plus side I can tell you that Koala glass is good workmanship. They fitted a shower for me, and even though the levelling was a bit high they went beyond what was expected and fitted a cosmetic bar to match so that everything looks as good as new. Appreciate the work they did.

2 Gentleman came to fix a big window for me today, they did a great job, they had to be very careful standing on a unfinished decking, the were careful, efficient and a job well done. Highly recommend them.

Went to Koala Glass for a windscreen replacement. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and saw me the next day. Half the price of other companies. They replaced the windscreen in under 30 minutes. Cannot recommend more!

Not only did the staff board up my windows so unsatisfactorily that rain and wind came through, the also accessed my property without permission after being explicitly asked to contact me prior as I have a dog who is nervous around strangers. A very distressing experience overall
