Very unprofessional and impolite. I had made an inquiry about foils balloons for my son's birthday over 2 months in advance at the store, and I was told by the lady who served me- Mary, I think her name was, that she'll call me to say if the balloons I was after were going to be in stock or not. After not getting a call back for over 2 weeks, I went back in the store and I was met by the same lady and she had no idea what I was talking about and was completely blank, and no wonder those balloons were still not in stock or not even ordered for that matter. Well, she suggested that if I place a formal order they'd get it done. So I did. I placed an order for a couple of foil gallons and 20 plain helium inflatable balloons. She then remembered that they might be closed on the day I wanted those balloons on, and if so I can come in a day earlier and collect the balloons and also a helium tank for inflating them up at home. there was no mention of a hiring cost for the tank at this stage. She told me she'll call me back in regard to both the availability of the balloons and their store being open on that day or not. Surprise, Surprise!! I didn't get any call back for over 3 weeks, and when I called to enquire as to what was happening, I was put on the phone with and extremely impolite and unprofessional Louis, who got defensive right from the start and brushed me off saying Well

After being highly recommended by a close friend, i took his advice when searching for party goods for my sons 4th birthday. I can not speak highly enough, of firstly the service i received from i think his name was John, for his time and effort in helping me purchase my goods in helium balloons and cutlery. He went above and beyond in making sure i only purchased what i needed, and that i purchased the correct products. Whilst there, after marvelling at the array of products at bargain prices, i came home, to my wife's delight with bulk floor cleaner, dish washing liquid and foils and cling wrap. The prices are amazing and more importantly the products just as good. Hats off to the boys who run an old fashioned family business, and in times when customer service tends to lack, their genuine help is what shall bring me back.

Great range. Most things you can buy smaller quantities of. Prices are reasonable.Will shop here again for next party. I will be happy to order products online after I've seen their quality in food packaging abs presentation.
