We had our double-port roller door shutter replaced, Andrew and Adam were very patience and took their time to explain to us the options available and went through in detail the replacement job. They had matched the pricing from another quote, because we had wanted to select a company that did a quality job. We highly recommend their services to others. Thank you for your services.

I was unable to open my garage door so i rang the guys at Dynasty. They told me they'd be at the house between 12 midday and 1pm, less than 3 hours from ringing them. At 11.58am the repair guy was there, saw the problem straight away, a broken spring. Fixed and replaced within 45 minutes.

If I could give them 20 stars I would. They arrived an hour after we called them, and finished fitting a new power head within about an hour after they arrived and gave clear answer to any question I had about the unit.

Andrew, thanks again for coming out at such short notice. The minor issue I had with my door was caused by my own dopeyness!! Within minutes the problem was solved and my door was purring again.Wonderful to see that good old customer service is alive and well with this company.

Andrew who came to give us a quote seemed be a nice guy initially but he was dishonest & uninformative about few things (schedule etc). His team damaged our garage so we asked to fix it. Then they started treating us horribly. They even back dated the quote and tried threating us for pay before they fixed it. They said to pay first then they would fix it. Who would believe that. The part of the garage started falling apart within the warranty time frame. Andrew ignored phone calls and messages from us. No warranty received. They might say my name is not on their client list but the record is simply my partner's name. We have a lot of photos and horrible messages from them. Might be okay if no issues. The guy who install the garage was a good person. The garage itself looks okay although it was not the strongest. But above all, not recommend in case any issues. How they deal with issues is just horrible.

Such an easy company to deal with. Competitive in pricing and very prompt and professional installation. Garage door looks awesome. I would definitely recommend if you want a great product at a competitive price with painless installation then this is the place to go.

Excellent customer service! Rang up Dynasty and explained the problem with my garage door and it sounded like it needed a new motor, so I ordered one. Came the same day and upon inspection found out that he might be able to tweak the tension and settings and the motor may still have some life to it. Saved me heaps of $$$. Could've gone the other way for the business, but chose to help out. That is service extraordinaire! Highly recommended.

Wanted replacement remotes for my garage door so instead of getting me the remotes through his supplier then programming them for me at around $80-90 per remote. The gentlemen gave me his suppliers details to pick them up for $12 each and told me how to program them also. Service like this I have never seen before!

Our garage door broke trapping our car in the garage. Howard came out at 11.30 the next day and fixed it for us despite having to work in cramped surroundings. Very reasonable price. Howard was professional, polite, cheerful and competent. Pleasure to deal with
