I’ve frequented this pub about a dozen times this yearIt’s a Great looking pub and atmosphere is always quite electric around footy matches etcStaff is very friendly tooBistro really lets this place down though. Paid around $30 for a duck pizza, with one little piece of duck on each slice of pizza and very little topping (zoom in on my pic) they charge $3 for each additional dab of sauce etc …Shanks in the photo where about $40, and wings about $15… not sure how much the chicken burger was? $25 I think

Attended Work lunch & ordered entree of salt & pepper prawns & side of chips. All meals came out for 12 people but forgot my meal. When it eventually arrived prawns tasted like rubber & were not fresh, definitely frozen. Chips were nice, but an over priced meal for a dish I make better at home!

Nice little outside amphitheatre to enjoy some pre and post show drinks with the house dj creating a great atmosphere. Be prepared to wait for drinks however!

Almost five stars, but they forgot my colleague's meal. It is a great venue for a drink and a feed. The menu looks good. Despite the glitch we had, it is a great venue, and I'd recommend it. Parking is an issue with limited time parking restrictions nearby unless you use one of the paid parking stations, have your own parking arrangements of catch public transport.

Nice relaxed vibes at this pub, and although it was a Friday afternoon and most of the people seemed like they had just come from work, the pub still managed to feel family friendly. The meals were definitely Insta worthy to look at - and they weren’t bad, but they just weren’t that good either for a number of reasons (eg diane sauce and coleslaw lacked flavour, bun didn’t feel the freshest). We might give them another go in 6 months to see if their meals improve because we really liked the atmosphere.

Great location, rooftop bar is awesome too. The food has gotten slowly worse since they opened. Pizza is decent though. Daily specials are a good deal.

The overall review is based on the context, i.e major event in the precinct that the venue struggled to cope with.My meal arrived 20 minutes after my wife's (which was also incomplete to what we ordered), and despite staff assurances that it was coming, it arrived cold; I suspect it was left on the kitchen pass and the staff were struggling to keep up. Likewise, another couple on our table were delivered their steaks, but no cutlery was available on the rooftop bar, again staff assurances that they'd get some cutlery failed to deliver, so 20 minutes later I walked downstairs to fetch some out of the overflowing cutlery trays.On the plus side very generous servings.If attending an event, eat early! The venue fills up fast, and there's only a limited menu.Order 99 @ 5:39pm 03 Jun

We had dinner at the Bistro and ordered Spicy Chicken Wings, 450g Sirloin steak and 250 Rump steak. The meal was good. Steak came out perfectly on how we ordered it.I only wish that they did not pour the sauce all over the Sirloin Steak.

Security guy was lovely.Was hot inside but lovely out.Balter IPA didn't taste that great from the tap here.
