Lovely big store with fantastic range and friendly staff. Great specials as well as higher priced meat but the quality is what you are paying for. They slice anything you ask for and will help with preparation instructions. Really impressed. I just wish they were closer to me.

Got 6 'lamb' burger patties for $16 which is obviously steep but wanted to try them out. It was just sausage meat so was pretty disapointed. Of all the meat I have ever cooked I've never seen so much fat come out of a product. The tray was full to the top of fat afterwards. If I could post a photo I would. Have been a regular customer of late but I think I'm done.

Super helpful and friendly, they will always take care of you! We have bought some meat that the expiry was accidentally misdated but super butcher was very helpful, understanding and made sure we were looked after. Platinum standard for customer service! My partner and I will be going to super butcher for years to come!

You get what you pay for here. Great meat. even the specials. Cannot fault the service either. My steaks were cut & cryovacced on the spot. You might want to bring an extra t-shirt & leave the thongs at home if you want to take the time to look around though.

Weekly specials are always very food value. Quality is going to cost a little more if not on special but worth it.

First time here and really liked this butcher. The prices are great with beef but almost the same price as big chain shops like woolies and Coles when it comes to chicken and pork. Would have given 5 stars if there were more pork and chicken options but I guess it's hard to bulk sell those. Not a lot of lamb options as well which doesn't bother me as I don't eat lamb regularly. Love that they cut the meat you buy as well for free! 7 days open? Yes please! Was a pleasure to deal with the staff as well and great place to be in this summer heat as the entire shop was refrigerated! Definitely give it a go and don't get the negative reviews break it for you to visit them. Will definitely buy meat here moving forward!

Great team. So helpful with suggestions and ideas. Huge fan of this place, and the prices are great.The grass fed burger patty’s with their American burger cheese are the perfect combo for home burger night.

Great service, I asked for special Argentine cuts, the guys grabbed an Argentine cuts guide and explained Australian names for such cuts. 100% recommend, will start coming here often
