After trying to decide what to do with over 30years of no longer used jewelry. And having no experience with selling jewelry, we decided to go pennywise for some advice. After speaking to Rick, and listening to his wealth of knowledge we decided to sell. He did give us other options to get a better price. Which we thought was great. In the end we sold it to Rick, and were more than happy with the price he gave us . We will be using pennywise again. Great staff and a happy outcome for all. Thanks again Rick!

On holidays in Hervey bay and dropped into this store for a look, one of the cleanest second hand stores I've ever been in and the lovely lady Toni was so helpful. Great customer service and prices. Will be back tomorrow with hubby to pick up some bargains.

Staff are always very friendly and prices are fair.Although today I did Purchased 2 wii remotes and once I arrived home I tested them, to my surprise they wouldn't turn on.I opened one of them up and noticed that the motherboard was all corroded, I'm guessing the second remote isn't working for the same reason.I do understand the risks buying from a second hand dealer, although I just wished your staff tested electronics before buying things.All round still a good store
