The staff there was not professional at all. We told them this is the first time for my puppy he was not helpful at all. Didn't even bother asking for her name. Then he even called my puppy a HE. The groom was badly done, it looks like it was done ourselves. He just said oh HE moved around a lot. Will not recommend and return to this place. By the way it was done closed door, so we don't even know what's happening at the back. Think twice before you want to go there

Highly recommend!!!Took my friends 3 border collies here to get groomed. The staff are absolutely amazing! So lovely and friendly. Decently priced and always really easy to deal with. The puppies coats look and smell amazing when we pick them up.Have been taking them here to get groomed ever since. Puppies love it here and they love the staff members.

Hi,I did not give you a 1 star review because the groomer did not cut her nails and trim the hair and her paws, when we dropped her off and picked her up I did say it is completely fine. Only after we left we noticed that the hair around her bum, leg and neck were shaved really close and not just a tidy clip. While I appreciate your attempt to explain your grooming approach, I must correct your statement about my dog’s breed. She is, in fact, a purebred Border Collie, who came will full pedigree papers, albeit on the smaller side due to her genetics. As much as I appreciate how much effort you put in teaching me what to tell her next groomer what to do with her coat, I believe that as a double-coated breed, she requires specific grooming techniques that should not involve shaving. In this case you however, have shaved her neck, 2 front legs, everything off of her bum and her thighs.I am disappointed by your unprofessional and defensive response, especially your insinuation that I asked my boyfriend to leave a negative review. I hope you understand my actual boyfriend (who’s also the co-owner of the dogs) and I (not the person who gave the extra 1 star review you received) have friends who also have Border Collies and have used grooming services for their BCs before and would appreciate our honest review about your quality of service so that they can avoid you in the future.As a paying customer, I expected to receive quality service and to have my concerns addressed in a respectful manner. They go above and beyond to make sure my pet is comfortable and happy during the grooming process. The salon is clean, and the staff is wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
