Thankyou to the team at Lumus South Eastern for their exceptional care today! From the reception staff of Crystal and Marissa to nurse Dani sonographer Lisa and Dr Ong you were all so caring. I was extremely anxious about having a needle in my elbow and these guys were fabulous, Thankyou all so much.

Very disappointed with one of the Receptionist. My father in law had an appointment at 10:30 am for ultrasound, and we were at the reception 10:05 am on the day. I told the Receptionist that we had an appointment. But she replied that we are fully booked out for the day. We have to book an appointment for you. Then I told her that my father was fasting seen midnight last night for the ultrasound. Very Very disappointing

I went in for an xray on my ankle. It was really easy to find and park. The staff were lovely. After my xray i was struggling to walk back to my car. The lovely lady at the front desk got a wheelchair for me and pushed me back to my car. It made my day!!!

I took my mother to the radiology department today for a procedure. All the staff from the front reception to the clinical staff went out of their way to make her journey amazing. Danni and Eva in particular were helpful, gentle and very kind with my elderly mother.I had inadvertently booked in for only half of the procedure but they went out of their way to complete the whole procedure. They were so accommodating, polite and professional. Thank you to this wonderful team you are all amazing.

Been freaking out about a steroid injection for the last 2 weeks but actually, it was nothing.Check in procedure super easy, all staff and dr’s so kind and accomodating.Great work team, thanks for looking after me.

Find another radiology at all costs. Lynn was one of the rudest people i have come across. I booked mammogram here as had less wait times then other places, however i was extremely disappointed with my choice. Lynn spoke down to me and aggressively as my previous results weren't available. I was very close to leaving however also had ultrasound booked. Cindy who did ultrasound was great, very customer focused and professional.

I had blood tests and an ultrasound here when I was 18, a few years ago, and the staff were so lovely, especially the technician for my ultrasound! She was extremely patient and gentle, made me feel a lot more comfortable, and very well taken care of.

I have a very negative experience with reception staff. I’ve had bad experience multiple times there, I ignored previous experiences. I think it is important that they became aware of their behaviour. I’ve found receptionist very arrogant. I’ve booked an appointment and called to confirm that the appointment is bulk billed on two occasions. I was told on two occasions on the phone by the receptionist that it is bulk billed. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told that the appointment is not bulk billed and the employee that I have spoken to over the phone is inexperienced. The receptionist cancelled my appointment as I refused to pay out of pocket. I was quite disappointed as I was clearly told that it is bulk billed. I was provided no apology for their mistake. I believe if one is not nice to people they shouldn’t consider career in healthcare.
