well this one a 180 from what i have read...perhaps more of a reason to post, balance.....I will say that the lack of mechanical aptitude is astounding. My car was making noise from front left and I requested them to investigate cause; first I was informed that it was not making noise, and I explained the issues I was having , immediately was told over phone “oh it’s the Auto hub’s” and they replaced . This did not do anything for the issue, money well spent. Yes;I personally changed the wheels back to front and 60% of the noise was removed…they could not even recognize this as a cause!...anyway I took the car to another shop and immediately they advised as car on hoist, “it’s like, the bearings” I left the car with them; I was able to inspect the old bearings, Upshot is the shells and rollers were blue, adjusted incorrectly 26K ago(a well-known patrol workshop in Lilydale)! And left side very much had rollers destroyed; how does the saying go “plain as the noise on your face”I have no issue with difficulty in finding a problem; but it’s clear they just did not try and jumped on an action without due care for my vehicle or due diligence in their own work practices. Outcome was I am now $400 poorer with no fix for the issue; not to mention the selling/use of spare part from my old hubs; for all intent were fully operational; on this my patrol is now not , as I have lost the ability to engage hubs from inside the cab!No remorse , or ownership of what they did not do(yep I know I’m a fantasist , sorry)

Called them regarding details on a car I had bought that had been serviced by them in the past. They were super helpful and went out of their way to help even though they didn’t have to.Would be happy taking my car there now if I lived in the area.Cheers.
