Great trainers. They all are very qualified and if you ask Jason, he will do a hand stand for as long as he can. I sat a very good crew and the owner is so very dedicated. Can't ask for a better team running a fitness establishment!

I’ve been a member for close to 3 years now, and still thoroughly enjoy attending. Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. You truly feel as if you are part of a community, where everyone is supportive of you. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Every goal I’ve made for the gym I’ve been able to accomplish here! The coaches are legends, the people are awesome making the gym a real community and the different classes change things up without me having to think or plan for anything, I just rock up! Loving it <3

I'm a little older and was hesitant about joining a gym. I wasn't sure I could 'belong'. However, BFT Hindmarsh is inclusive and welcoming, the coaches are supportive and generous with their time and expertise and the other members are friendly. It's my new safe place to work out, and I even enjoy - sort of - the cardio!

Ive been on and off going to regular gyms for years but have not had the physical results that I’ve been able to get with BFT Hindmarsh in just one year! Incredible community, supportive coaches all round, variety of classes. 10/10!

I joined BFT in Sept 2022 after feeling super unfit due to injury and generally unhappy with life and my body, and I’m so happy I did.The coaches are very supportive and helpful & the community that come in are all different ages and fitness levels so you never feel out of place or judged.BFT has kept me motivated, accountable and consistently coming to the gym (never had this before with other gyms I’ve tried) - I feel happier within my own body, and it’s also greatly improved my fitness for soccer which my team mates have also noticed :)

The team at BFT Hindmarsh go above and beyond the expectations of a Group Training Gym.Questions about diet? Easily sorted!Having a tough week? So much support!Want to train for something specific? Sure, and I guarantee one of the coaches will do it with you!Having a space that is so welcoming, really makes it feel more than just a gym. Your goals will bring you in, but I guarantee the Hindmarsh Community will make you stay.If not; Demi’s high fives, Will’s physical expressions and Shaz’s dance moves absolutely will.
