I first met Carlo back in early March this year and after speaking with him on the phone then subsequently meeting with him we knew he was the agent for us. Carlo proved us to be absolutelly correct! Carlo came across to us as a mild mannered , softly spoken, respectful and impeccably presented Real Estate Agent. He listened to us and took everything on-board but then gave us sensible advice about our expectations given the current state of the market etc. His advice was to go to auction with our property and he was correct. Carlo kept in regular contact and we were kept completely in the loop and updated all the time. Nothing was left to chance. He also emailed me a month long schedule outlining the entire campaign. On the day of auction Carlo absolutely shone and he worked so hard that he was near exhausted at the end of it! He is an excellent Auctioneer and put on an amazing show. It was something to behold!
