Staff are absolutely Amazing! Made a laptop purchase in error, not fit for what I needed it for. Even though I had opened it they were kind enough to let me exchange it for a different one. Andrew called me in the morning after a late night message to their customer support (Quick response time!) and then in store Luke helped me locate and exhange it all in a few easy steps. Truly great service all around, guaranteed. Highly recommend!

I've never encountered such rude staff in a JB store. Pathetic attitude, not interested in helping or selling. Ended up walking away, no purchase.

I like to write a review about trow and Luke I had so many problems with my phones no one has ever been able to fix it, this two guy's fixed it in no time, they customers service and approach is 5 stars and they skills are well above that, so I suggest you duplicate them put them in every JB HI FI stores your taking will increases, with happy customers, kind regards Guido Gambaro

Very poor game. I can’t score any goal. It doesn’t let me score anything. I was a very good player in India. I was a king in PC. Players don’t run well. Keeper was good as he saved many goals

We are looking to upgrade our tv in the future with something in mind. Grant advised us about all the options and the differences between the options in a language that we understand.We always find the service in JB in the plaza great, but Grant took it to another level.When we are ready to buy, we will certainly check in with Grant.
