Our budget and lifestyle were considered perfectly. They recommended trades who they thought we would work well with and we ended up using, their communication with each other made the whole experience seamless for us and our dream a reality. I engaged Hatch Projects to design a townhouse development for me. We discussed my ideal floor plan, what I thought were absolute necessities and what I’d like but wasn’t sure there was room for.They came back to be with a floorplan that was functional and clever, including all the elements that I wanted, though the land is not large and our local council had made changes to building regs. I was provided with three different facades to choose from, which all looked fabulous.There’s been great communication throughout the process, I’ve been kept up to date of where our submissions is with council and happily we’ve proceeded to the advertising stage. I couldn’t be happier with Hatch Projects, they’ve made what I hear can be a difficult process, really easy for me.

Andrew has helped us with the design of a complete renovation in Newport and was able to meet our requirements and then add the light and flair that the project justifies. Through the build, if we had any problems or issues, he would respond and assist immediately.

We are very happy with the design of our home and the overall layout. Our block is long and narrow so making the most of the sunlight was important as was creating as much space as possible given the narrow width of the property.Andrew was great to work with and developed the design in line with our brief and requests. Andrew did a great job working through the town planning and heritage requirements to ensure we ended up with the house we wanted. He even had to prepare a submission to the Building Appeals Board in relation to an existing heritage wall which he managed well, achieving a great outcome for the project.We enjoyed the journey during the design and construction phase and are enjoying living in the home now a couple of years after completion.
