The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received.I ordered a pair of boots, that said there was a 2 week dispatch time frame. A month later I still hadn’t heard anything, and after I contacted them, they told me it would be another week to follow up. A week later when I contacted them again they still didn’t have the shoes. They finally sent the other part of my order after that ridiculous wait time, but never provided an update on the shoes until I asked AGAIN a week later. I eventually cancelled the shoe portion of my order as they were not going to arrive in time for my performance. I ordered in December for a Valentine’s competition…I get that things happen of course! But no updates unless I asked, and no company initiated contact after I had initially requested an update, was a bit ridiculous. Makes me think they must have this happen often if they don’t show any level of concern or empathy for their customers.They didn’t provide any updates unless I relentlessly messaged them, and it just took up way too much time and energy to buy some shoes.
