Proficient Removals and Storage

After moving about 7 times in the last 8 years, I can safely say that Proficient Removals are the best removals company I have used by a long shot. I used them twice in the last 10 months. First was to move Sydney to Sydney within about 40 minutes of each other and the second trip was last week to move about 4 and a half hours North of Sydney. Both moves were worry free and very affordable. No issues at all. I have had so many issues with other removal companies such as; damaged property, damaged furniture, laziness and taking a long time to do the move. The guys each time were very friendly Brazilians who were efficient, polite and professional at all times. They all knew what they were doing and were a pleasure to work with. Even my mother in law at the other end were saying how lovely they were. I didn't catch any of the 4 guys names though, but they were great.Thanks very much Proficient and keep up the great work!! :)

These guys are amazing. I called around for a number of quotes and then called these guys, spoke to Ruben who was so helpful and upfront about everything I booked straight away.I had David and Fernando do my move and they were absolute beasts. We had a difficult move with a bunch of ridiculous items my wife had purchased over the years but the guys were positive and extremely efficient the whole time. We had two trips to two different locations (to drop stuff off to the sister in law) and they made it so easy. 7 hours of moving and not one complaint from the guys. I highly recommend them.

Proficient removals were employed to do my removal from my four bedroom apartment to a storage container.Two trucks and four men were needed. The service I received from the first phone call from Rubens, till the last item was stored was incredible. Rubens was so helpful and all the removalist’s were friendly and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it wasn’t an easy move. When I purchase another property I will definitely be calling Proficient Removals

We have to Unload a 20 foot container of internationally imported very delicate furniture. It was a very stressful time to coordinate with the Shipping agents and container drivers. I contacted Ruben (Proficient Removals) and he was very understanding with situation and he was flexible to arrange us the removalist to come to our place.Unloading from the 20 container that is laid on the trailer became a difficult operation, then Ruben came up with innovative solution that help to unload the container within 1 hour.Removalist also helped to fix the furniture and they did not waste time to tick the clock.Proficient Removals little bit high in the cost, but they did a professional job buy unloading a very delicate furniture, without any issues. I am very happy.

This was my first time looking for a Removalist and it is a very stressful and time consuming process. It’s difficult to work out which company you should use. If you feel the same way, then don’t waste any more time and book with Proficient Removals immediately!!!The service provided by this group was nothing short of exceptional. Making the booking over the phone was a very simple process and that was just the start.On moving day, the guys turned up exactly on time, we’re super friendly, flexible and professional! They also lived up to company’s name as being super proficient - they had the job done in less than 3 hours! Despite me only moving 1 bedroom, I’m certain other companies would have taken longer if I went with them. These guys are amazing. I was moving out from a 2 bedroom townhouse so I made a booking for 2 men and a truck, they arrived on time, surveyed everything that needed to be moved then immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and careful with my things. After moving to the new location and unloading everything we made some additional trips to pick up a sofa and some bookshelves that friends were gifting us, all done easily and without fuss. The entire move took just over 4 hours. I've gone with these guys twice before and they saved me headache and heartache every time. Worth every dollar.

Proficient Removals and Storage were polite, professional and very careful with every items. They don't talk much they just move! and their bill is honest no hidden cost. Their truck was sparkly clean and well organised. Stress free experience - much better than Two Men and a Truck. Will be moving with Proficient from now on. This is second time we have moved with Proficient Removal and each time has been amazing. Ruben responds right away, organized everything in 5 minutes while being clear on everything up front. Pedro and Fernando arrived on time and after a quick assesment of what needed to be done got straight to it. They were moving the entire time and we had to force them to stop and have a break. They took care of everything. Every request was followed to a T. If you want to remove the stress from your move, these are the guys to hire. Could not have asked for more. Obrigado meus Amigos!
