1st time I've been to this store ... very disappointed. It seems that management allows people to order at the pick-up window. 4 cars in front of me and 2 off them put their orders in with the young man at the window, very, very slow moving line. Chickens seem smaller but the chips were hot .. when I eventually got to the window fast service.

I never review anything but this place keeps disappointing me over and over again. Tonight I tried to order 6 flavour wrap combo's and the person at the drive through couldn't understand what iam saying after 4 attempts and 3 more at the Window... So tired of lack of communication skills and the ability to deliver what I have asked for. This has been happening for some time now and will start reviewing more constantly (even waiting last week at the window for 20 minutes and not being served just to answer to rude staff) absolutely disgusting.

After waiting half an hour on a cue through drive we were told they had no chickens left not good enough your a chicken store!!! No signs anywhere disgusting service that’s all I can say

This Red Rooster in Southern River is extremely disorganised and the manager Ronnie is not the most friendly staff to deal with.Our second time being told they cannot fulfill our order.We wanted to order 8pcs fiery fried last month, the guy at the checkout already keyed in our order to go, next minute the manager came out saying that they can't do any fried chicken and told us they can't take any orders at all. It was about 2pm and 4 staff were there not including the manager.Then 2 days ago, it happened again.Placed our order on the app and got there 15 mins after to pick it up. Then the manager told us that he has to refund us and can't cook our fried chicken again.I said we are happy to wait, the young staff at checkout said 30mins but Ronnie interrupted to tell us it's at least an hour wait. We were very confused. There were 5 staff members that day, the girl in the kitchen obviously said she can start frying and will take about 15-20mins. But Ronnie insisted No but to refund us which he said will take 5-6 days for the refund to be processed.I firmly told him I do not want a refund and was happy to wait an hour and told him we will go home first as it was only a 5mins drive. Shortly after we got home, I got a phone call to say the chicken is ready to be picked up soon. We could have waited there. I really do not know what was the issue with this manager not managing the orders well and being so rude at the same time. I hope the owner of this franchise knows that he has been turning away people from ordering.

Bought Big feast today , when we reach home salad is missing . It is very difficult to pull out everything and make sure all food is inside. Just wasting customer money is not a good way of service.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever been . I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut it down . No aircon in side . The place is dirty , bath room look like its never been cleaned. , can’t even sit out side as its shut off .

No paper towel to dry your hands. Front door won’t close. Menu screen doesn’t work so you can’t see prices for the options. Tables dirty. Bacon and was dry as shoe sole. Not much here to like

Inconsistent. Sometimes it's great. Other times you open up a chicken box and it's got a tiny piece of dry tasteless chicken inside and a few soggy chips

Why is the quarter chicken having part of the chicken cut off? No longer a quarter chicken more like an eighth. One time it being cut off you can understand, but it's been 3 times now and it's happened to other people I know. Rip off.
