The staff are very rude and judgemental. The staff treat you like you are some kind of disgusting, irresponsible person when you are being responsible and seeking the necessary medication and medical resources. I have had bad experiences with two of the chemists themselves and two of the women who work at the counter. Their store is also poorly stocked and half of the time they do not even have what you need.

Usually no issues at this pharmacy. Was told 15 minutes wait. Waited over half an hour. Staff could see me waiting. Decided to ask a staff member who checked and my medication was sitting there ready. No apology - handed it to me and said nothing. She then apologised when I complained. Not her fault. My name wasn't said out loud by whomever prepared the medication. So many other pharmacies in the area with better service and prices. I recommend the pharmacy at Brickworks.

I had a very unfortunate experience caused by this chemist whereby a previously used prescription injection was dispensed to me and I only found this out after I had attempted to reuse it on myself. I complained to the Pharmacist who were very apologetic when this occurred. As a precaution my doctor recommended that I be tested for any possible diseases that I could have contracted by attempting to inject a preused needle. The pharmacist had told me it was unlikely that I had contracted anything but my doctor advised me to have testing to ensure this was the case. I was amazed today when I rang the chemist today to ask if I could be provided another injection to replace the used one they dispensed. An assistant who said her name was 'Jackie' was very rude and even shouted over me while I was attempting to ask to be contacted by the Pharmacist.This behaviour was completely lacking in empathy and basic courtesy in customer service.

Went there to get a stat dec signed. No other customers at all in the store. The lady serving me tells me yeah they can sign and looks at the pharmacist who then scoffs (I didn't understand why) and both look at each other puzzled. When I ask about the charges, both tell me different prices and finally turns out they charge $3.5 for each document. What a joke!Going to a Justice of Peace is better.

What a joke! The female pharmacist wanted to charge me $3.50 to sign my stat dec. I have been a customer there the last 5 years, definitely not going back.PS the place was empty!!

Service was absolutely deplorable. Middle aged dark haired glasses woman was SO rude to the customers. A woman went to pay for a $16 purchase with a $50 note and was asked for something smaller. When the customer was searching and apologised that she could go change it the worker puffed and said it's fine

I have always had good service from assistants & pharmacists here.This is more of a customer service issue.Lodged 2 scripts with a young woman with long blonde hair. Said I only want 1 item from one script & 1 item from another script. The scripts were filled for 3 items, incorrectly. Advised the assistant of this again saying exactly what I wanted. Again the script was incorrectly filled with only 1 item this time. I had already spent 25 mins waiting. Please listen and repeat back what is requested to ensure you get it right. Eye contact is good. An apology is always a good idea too. I’ll go to another pharmacy where paying attention, efficiency & accuracy matter. Sorry

I found one lady pharmacist she doesn't know how to treat people while calling my name she laughed seems like my name was so weird and funny for her not only that she didn't signed my stat. Declaration because my address is different in my license because i moved from NSW i tried to explain her she said she want the exact address on the form I told her i can show her my proof of address but she refused because she haven't got any clue what she is doing. I used to go there all the times but today is the last day never going there and never recommend my friends and families to go there.

Around nine months ago I had a most unpleasant experience here with a female pharmacist. I considered her rudeness and unprofessionalism to be so bad that I decided never to return, despite the fact that the store is convenient for me to access. I have since broken this resolve, and have shopped there on two more occasions, the second being this afternoon. The service was very slow indeed. I dropped in my prescriptions to be filled, went to the supermarket, returned and then waited again, with no acknowledgement of or apology for the delay.The incredibly rude pharmacist was on duty again today.

Lazy staff with no work ethics and professionalism. I wish the business owner find these reviews and hire some new staff. This pharmacy is close proximity to many people and people would come back happily if they treated with some basic respect.
