Glenvill Homes - Fyansford

We are about to commence construction with Glenvill and the service to date has been five star. We heard about Glenvill's excellent reputation and quality workmanship and decided to engage with them for our build. The Glenvill team created a floor plan that suited our lifestyle and our needs, nothing was too hard or ever an issue. The standard specs would be considered expensive upgrades with other builders, and the options provided be Glenvill wouldn't even be considered by other builders. The Fyansford display showcases these items, like full height internal doors, which we have gone for. Overall the team have been extremely responsive. We hope the build goes just as smoothly as pre-construction, however we are confident as their reputation for quality work is well known in the industry. We engaged with other builders who just seemed to want to produce cookie cutter designs. We have also been owner builders and are know looking forward to a stress free build with Glenvill.

Really poor customer service. The entire interaction felt condescending. Very upsetting and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience looking at the display village at Fyansford. Strongly recommend walking across the road to Hamlan homes and support a local builder. Glenvill are not a local builder and it shows.
