It feels strange writing a review of LABB as the staff and business are a part of my life and routine. I first saw Tahlia 6 or 7 years ago and her professionalism, technique and expertise had me hooked from day 1.I've seen her almost every 2 weeks since then.At my first appointment she actually asked me about my brow goals. My what?? She drew an outline of brows that we should work on together (i had previously just plucked them or got a quick wax) and over several months they grew into that shape.I'd never had lashes before and of course I wanted the longest ones possible. She educated me about what would look fullest and the best for my eye shape, about damage free lashes, shedding, and about how to care for them between appointments. It was established after a few appointments that Classics are the best for me, not Volume.I've also had appointments with Millie and her work and technique is outstanding.If you want to know about LABB, know this - they have a culture of perfection. You won't be popping in and out for a quick brow wax with minimal questions - they will want to get to know you, set goals with you, and make you part of the LABB family.Staff live and breath their work. I've never been to a beauty therapy place like it.PS - the beds are super comfy!

First time ever having lash extensions and it was a great experience. Very nice rooms, professional and effecient. Monique made me feel at ease straight away and explained the process clearly. I am extremely happy with the result with natural looking eyelashes. Highly recommend

Horrible service with a newborn!My sister just had a baby & she was fine sleeping (the baby) but they had asked her to go get her pram. So my sister went & got her pram mind you it was raining & that had obviously woken the baby up she was fussy & would only go down for a little bit so she was crying my sister obviously wanted to soothe her so she did. the appointment is suppose to take 45 minutes & it took 20! The eyebrows where Cleary rushed & they look horrible $40 for some rushed brows & horrible service.I wouldn’t recommend this brow salon too anyone mother or notI’m not sure of the lady’s name but it was absolutely horrible service!She also said not to bring the baby back there because their space isn’t equipped for a baby. In my opinion it IS 2022 & you’s need to get over your self & accept the fact that mothers are going to come in with a newborn!

The ladies at LABB are truly fantastic, I’ve been going to Tahlia way before she started her own business & she is now training the girls to do fantastic work just like herself. Wanted to do a special shout out to newbie Bridgette. She is incredible, and exactly what LABB needed. The happiest face to see when you walk through those doors, always cheery and happy to help. Goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience!

First time at LABB and Amy did a fantastic job with my lash lift and tint. I love them so much and it was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back for more..xx

Had Allana do my eyebrows and lash lift. I am overly happy with the results! I had many lash lifts before and hadn’t really gotten a good result but these are amazing! Also loved how She asked me how I like my brows and she Absolutely smashed it! Have booked in again with her :) Thank you Allan’s
