Australia Post - East Melbourne Post Shop

Worse Australian Post office service in Melbourne and the staff works there they are all unprofessional and very rude and very nasty they look like the witches of Eastwick I highly don’t recommend it at all !!!

Experienced poor customer service. The people at the front were a bit rude to me after asking for simple advice on certain posting options as I was a bit confused.

Came in at lunchtime to finalise my WWC documentation, and the lady serving (So sorry I have forgotten her name) was so efficient, helpful and friendly. She skilfully juggled my enquiry and assisted three other customers at the same time. My entire visit was maybe 10mins but it was great to see the level of service.

never given too much thought about Australia Post before the pandemic, opened Post Shop Account after the pandemic and frequently made online shopping in the past 18 months, the deliveries and services is the second to none compared with many other courier companies in the market. keep up the great work!

Very bad service, I don’t want use this post office anymore. The staff very lazy and rude.

was home all day but still recieved a missed parcel card saying to go to this post office, i dont have time to pick it up during business hours and they dont redeliver, terrible service

Will never use this post office again and recommend you all not to either. Lady with dark curly hair wearing glasses was rude to the customer before me who’s first language was not English, as well as myself and proceeded to argue the coins which were very clearly scratched were not. Needs to learn values of customer service or wake up on the right side of the bed and not take out her issues on everyone else!

Walked in to pick up a package that was obviously not delivered due to laziness, there was no one at the front counter. Awhile later a lady with dark curly hair walked up and did not say one word to me, not even a hello.Due to my ID having my real name and my package in my preferred name I was trying to show her proof that it was my package by showing her my AUSpost text and before I even finished speaking she cut me off and called it ‘irrelevant’. I then tried to show her my email again getting cut off by her saying it was ‘irrelevant’.While I did have my package in a different name and never having an issue picking up at another post office before, I understand needing more evidence to proof the package is mine however this ladies attitude was disgusting.I myself have been working in customer service for 6 years now and I would never not greet someone when they walk in let alone telling someone with an issue that ‘it’s irrelevant’

How are people who work 9-to-5 during the 5 day work week supposed to collect their Missed Delivery" even when they have some one working from home and a mail room!"

I never use here again.. a month of week my mom send to Parcel Service but they didn’t coming to my home , call to me , send to messege neverever.. then everytime I’ll go to there after pick up..I don’t understand lazy people.. one day my mom said that parcel service is already go to postoffice.. so please check your parcel service number.. every time parcel service make me crazy... it can’t be imaginenation any other contury...
