We built with SVH for a second time. The process was alot longer this time, but overall our experience was good. Nick Site supervisor was so knowledgeable and communicated with us through the whole build. He would check in every fortnight and nothing was ever an issue. Nick is very valuable to SVH. Thank you

We built our beautiful new home with SouthernVale Homes this year. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience. From the planning, to the building, to the handover we have enjoyed the whole experience. We found all of the staff easy to deal with and felt they genuinely cared about our experience. We built our home based on their Edge display home and we were able to make modifications as we pleased. Finished to the highest of quality, we were kept up to date the whole time and we were able to ask questions throughout the whole build. Highly recommend building with the team at SVH.

Great first impression when attending the display home but unfortunately the salesperson was not responsive to emails or text messages. I got the impression I was not taken seriously as a customer. I tried following up with the salesperson and was promised a quote, which I never received. I subsequently went to another local builder to build my home, with whom I am very happy.

Southern Vale Homes were outstanding to build our first home with.We worked together to find a suitable new home build for our family. Everyone we encountered at the company was nothing short of amazing. The process was easy and stress free, with someone always willing to help answer any questions we had right away. Our new home is absolutely beautiful and we are so incredibly happy to have our own home to create memories in. We would highly recommend Southern Vale Homes to anyone wanting to build a new home!

Wouldn't recommend SVH. I began working with them early in 2021 knowing that the time it was going to take for my block to get to titles state and the impacts from the pandemic. SVH never really made any significant progress on my building plans. Was all smoke and mirrors. Would tell me something to keep me hooked but constantly failed to deliver or meet timelines. Between Feb 22 and July 2022, I was no closer to getting to contract stage as nothing would occur. Finally decided to pull the pin on using them. I now have another local builder booked in and within 3 weeks I have plans being finalised and colour consult booked in and contracts not far away all within a matter of weeks.Be warned very poor communication and will not meet expectations. Unreliable and don't return calls, emails.Take the time read the other reviews very similar experiences to my own.

Would not recommend this business and has a professional in the area with lots of connections I definitely will be spreading the word to go with someone else. Poor communication +++ did not meet expectations at all. Just glad we dodged a bullet and decided to look for other builders even when voiced concern instead of trying to fix it after already agreeing to a second chance clean slate they stopped contact. If you are happy to do custom builds then maybe listen to the customs wants which was clearly expressed and take into account their block. Very disappointed.

Building with Southern Vale was my second time building. I had swore I'd never build again but Southern Vale were so easy to deal with. I was given consistent updates throughout the construction phase without ever feeling the need to chase for updates. After being in the home less than a week now I'm very happy with the quality. A very easy process overall, I would definitely recommend Southern Vale.
