Purchased the chair last year in June. I am grateful and is one of my best investment. The whole family is using it, kids and grandparents alike. Good quality and great service and support from the team.

We had our Physio+ massage chair for more than a month now, and so far the experience has been amazing. I use it 2-3 times a week, after cycling, or after a long drive.I also suffer from back pain and foot pain esp during the cold season, and I already felt an improvement after just several sessions with my massage chair.This is by far one of the best investments I have made and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their well-being.

From start to finish, customer service was amazing, keeping me updated with delivery, setting up the chair, calling to make sure it was setup correctly. Giving me a couple of days to trial and then calling to make sure I am happy. 5 stars for customer service.The chair is amazing, instructions are easy to read and the chair has reduced my back pain and reduced the knots in my shoulders. This is the second Physio Massage Chair I have bought from this great company. The chair has been excellent with its onboard massage intensity level working to give a great massage custom to my needs. The after sale and followup communication from these guys is beyond what you would expect. So an excellent family owned company with a well deserved 5 star rating.

I’ve had my massage chair for about 5 months now and am totally happy with it. The chair isn’t cheap but compared to what I was paying weekly for a massage and being able to have a massage everyday at my convenience is truly great. I have already recommended the chair to friends and let them use the chair and they immediately said that they want to get one. I like a deep and intense massage where as my wife prefers a more gentle massage, with the Masseuse Massage Chair we are able to have the massage we want with the one chair. I highly recommend the chair to everyone. I also like the fact that the company is Australian, family owned and that the chairs are made in Australia.

We purchased the Therapeutic Dual Pro in April 2023.The tablet that comes with the Dual Pro was faulty from day oneand was replaced in a very prompt manner with a smile.The team at masseuse have provided excellent customer service throughout the transaction, delivery, installation and after sales service.It is a fantastic massage chair with many different variables allowing you to customize the massage to meet your needs.The improvement in my back has been well worth the investment.

This chair has helped me both physically and mentally with my chronic pain. Hands down the best and most sensible purchase I've ever made I wish I had this 20 years ago! I 100% love my Massage Chair and so do my Family.. the only thing I dont like is waiting for my turn to get back in it!
