Really disappointed with the service at the trade centre. The staff provided inaccurate and misleading information about the product and I found the overall experience disappointing. I went to Walkers for valuable advice and product quality, however received very little of either.

Had no idea what was needed for a job. Glad I walked into Walkers. Staffs’ are knowledgeable, so easy to talk to, answered all my silly questions with all plain language, nothing was too small. Friendly and professional service, would definitely recommend, especially Shane!

Tim was a fantastic help with the huge selection and friendly service. Excellent price and quotation. Mum couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended tile store with the option to have them laid.

I went into the main office and started to speak to a woman. The woman grabbed a young man named Jack I think to help me He was extremely polite and helpful. I was only after a very small piece to fill two holes where the front air conditioner was. He cut me off the two pieces of a broken and gave them to me. What can I say but please pass my thanks onto a very helpful young man. I was very happy. This was approximately two weeks ago. Thanke regards Colin France.
