I had my air cons serviced by Emperor and am thrilled by the service. I have never before had someone there the next day after I called. Everything was done and completed in about 2 hours (for 4 Air Cons) and Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I don't think that you can go wrong using this group.

Emperor have just completed the full replacement and installation of 3 new ducted systems in our house. Joe has been unbelievably helpful since we first spoke to him. The planning, advice and implementation has been great and Emperor have been consistently liaising with us throughout. The instal team were thorough, courteous and were very conscious in all aspect during the project. Highly recommended.
