Firstly, Karl was quick to respond to my initial request and was the only one out of 4 different suppliers that actually came to site to measure up and introduce himself. Every other company wanted to do a budget quote based on my information. The actual fence and gate looks great, was professionally installed and works exactly as we wanted. Karl is polite and pleasant to deal with so I can't recommendly highly enough.
