Friendly service and well priced. A large variety in the deli section particularly. Highly recommended!

This IGA is my absolute favourite store! Love the friendly staff and the variety of produce!! I never write reviews but I was very disappointed about my last visit. The customer service was a shocker! The two staff at the express checkout were so busy chatting to eachother they didn’t even notice me waiting, and even better as soon as the girl scanned my stuff she went straight back to talking and hovered her hand to pass me my change not even looking at me, then proceeded to not offer me a receipt or acknowledge I was waiting so I just took my stuff from the counter and left. I’ve never seen these staff on in my visits but it just left me feeling extremely disappointed as the service here is usually excellent.

Nothing much to do here. Found it a cold place. Most of the shops were closed and those which were open had very little options although you can get some variety of vegetables, fruits, meat stuff at a very competitive prices and the quality if products is very good. Though it's not a happening place but pretty good if your a loanly shopper and can get good deals without much of a fuss.

During my visits to this grocery store, I noticed that the staff appeared somewhat discontent and, at times, could come across as rude. It's essential for the management to address this issue, as it could have a negative impact on the store's reputation, discourage tourists, and create divisions within the community.As a frequent customer who spends over $200 per week on groceries at this location, I feel compelled to voice my concerns. I hope that by bringing attention to this matter, the store can work on improving its customer service and foster a more positive shopping experience.In the meantime, for those who may be seeking an alternative, Tully's market is another option worth considering. However, with the right steps taken to address these concerns, this store can definitely enhance its image and regain the trust of the community.

Bright clean and a good sized supermarket. On top of that are the friendly staff you get on the peninsula. I particularly like it has some of the brands that coles and woollies stopped stocking.

Fabulous staff, clean store, well stocked, well priced.Definitely one for the locals and tourists.

Loving the updated look, the deli staff I saw were very attentive to my questions and the fish was of great quality at a great price!
