Top tier customer service. Purchased a washing machine, but they ended up sending a brand new one instead because the one I purchased was more damaged than originally believed. They even delivered on a Saturday, outside of their normal delivery times just to get it to me as soon as possible. They also took my old one away for free.I've dealt with some awful appliances sales businesses before, but I'm glad to report these guys were great.Thanks Tim and the team.

Tim and the team were a terrific help to us when we needed to buy a new fridge last week.The staff know what they are talking about, they're friendly and have a good amount of stock that is ready to buy. They were very transparent about the features and any issues. We feel like we bought a good quality fridge at a great price. Plus they went out of their way to make sure that the item was delivered to us the next day. Tim even gave our daughter a massive balloon.We went to the Good Guys who had very little stock and there were not many staff there who were able to help us. We tried Bargain appliances and they went above and beyond to help us.We will be back in the future.

I will never use this company again. I bought a new top of the range electrolux fridge/freezer in November 2019. The freezer draw rail is broken. They just don't care and all they could say was, we are retailer, call electrolux.I guess you get what you pay for.... rubbish/zero after salers service.Please hear me, go to a reputable retailer when buying white goods, it just not worth it is the long run.
