Had Richard from XsporWA come out to look into a mould issue we were having in our home.His communication was aswesome from the time he contacted me to arrange a time.Richard is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Richard is brilliant at what he does. We are beyond impressed with how he resolved a moisture/mould issue for us. When we discovered the problem we immediately turned to google. After looking at several websites, we we drawn to Xspore. A major draw card was the complimentary assessment as well as the natural products. I chose a time for the assessment on the following day! Amazing. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly professional and straight up suggesting the recommended course of action, even offering several possibilities. We felt we could trust his opinion and it was great we could have input in deciding what was the best option for us. Richard came many times over a 3 week period, over Christmas and new year (yikes) - checking in to measure the moisture content within the walls and floor. The hire of his machines was extremely cost effective and they were so efficient. Once the drying was completed Richard treated the area and after 24 hours we were good to go. I hope we never have another water leak and mould issue, but if we do, we know who we’ll call!
